What is a Flexibag?
Flexibag (also known as a flexitank) is a liquid cargo container installed inside a standard ISO 20-foot container, enabling efficient liquid transportation. It is manufactured using multi-layer films such as polyethylene and polypropylene, offering excellent hygiene and durability. It can carry up to approximately 24,000 liters of liquid cargo, including edible oils, juices, and non-hazardous chemical liquids. Compared to drums or IBCs, flexibags provide higher space utilization and transportation efficiency. In addition, they do not require collection or cleaning after use, making them a cost-effective solution. Flexibags are suitable for transporting various materials, including industrial oils, non-hazardous chemicals, food ingredients, animal oils, and vegetable oils.
